We been getting a lot up upgrades to our cameras an system an doorbell the technician tj has been awesome! Very professional an calm though the whole process would def recommend him to anyone! This upcoming week we're getting new deadbolt locks for our front door very excited for TJ to do that job as well. He's very friendly and kind always on time for appointments. !

My experience with Tony, the Manager was impressive. He had to work through some previous missteps in communication with others to resolve any issues or concerns on my end. It's rare to find such an effective manager anywhere these days.
Tim K upgraded my existing alarm system and added cameras.
He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating and open when I asked for a change in location of the monitoring screen. He made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any further questions. Was having trouble keeping my codes on my cell phone I called guardian alarm they transferred me to tech got a really good guy walk me through. It had to have. He had a lot of patience to deal with me because I am not that good at this tech stuff so I was very impressed with how he had the patience Guarding alarm is very good. I’ve had them for many many years. Hope this helps.
