"I am a long term customer with Guardian Alarm. I started using the services when Alstate was a stand-alone and then the two organizations merged. I always received exceptional service, the CSR's were always polite and understanding when I accidentally would set off the alarm in the middle of the night, and when the silent alarm went to their control room they handled everything professionally. If I had any technical issues with the system, a repairman was generally at my house the next day. When I moved, I took Guardian Alarm with me, installing a system in the new residence. Guardian Alarm has been our alarm service provider for roughly 19 years. We wanted to add video to our system. We reached out to them and were able to set up an appointment with Matt (Residential Security Consultant) immediately. We discussed what we were trying to accomplish with Matt and he helped us craft a plan to upgrade and add video to our system and scheduled the install for the following week. TJ arrived at the scheduled time and did the install in a matter of hours. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us to set up the system and phone application just the way we wanted it.
