We reached out to them and were able to set up an appointment with Matt (Residential Security Consultant) immediately. We discussed what we were trying to accomplish with Matt and he helped us craft a plan to upgrade and add video to our system and scheduled the install for the following week. "I am a long term customer with Guardian Alarm. I started using the services when Alstate was a stand-alone and then the two organizations merged. I always received exceptional service, the CSR's were always polite and understanding when I accidentally would set off the alarm in the middle of the night, and when the silent alarm went to their control room they handled everything professionally.
