TJ was the technician that did my upgrade install. He was excellent. TJ was on time, worked efficiently and didn’t leave until we were 100% with the install. I always received exceptional service, the CSR's were always polite and understanding when I accidentally would set off the alarm in the middle of the night, and when the silent alarm went to their control room they handled everything professionally. Guardian Alarm has been our alarm service provider for roughly 19 years. We wanted to add video to our system. We reached out to them and were able to set up an appointment with Matt (Residential Security Consultant) immediately.
