Frase Acquires Stop Alarms
Frase Protection purchased all remaining assets from Stop Alarms. Stop Alarms was a local security company that serviced and installed both security systems and security cameras in the Memphis area for over 40 years. In 2018, Stop Alarms filed bankruptcy which allowed Frase Protection to complete the acquisition.
