Position Summary
As an Install Technician, you play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients’ properties and ensuring their peace of mind. Your primary responsibility is the professional installation of alarm and camera systems, utilizing your technical expertise and commitment to quality craftsmanship. You will be tasked with installing, configuring, and testing a variety of security equipment, including intrusion detection alarms, surveillance cameras, access control systems, and related components.
Beyond installation, you will conduct thorough system testing to verify functionality and performance, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide comprehensive training to customers on system operation and maintenance. Your attention to detail and adherence to industry standards and best practices will be critical in delivering superior service and ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our security solutions. As a representative of our company, you will uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions with customer and fellow team members.
