Position Summary
As a Customer Care Agent, your role includes a range of responsibilities. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Upholding and answering the phones promptly to ensure the optimal service experience. Listening to customers’ concerns, and billing issues. Being able to troubleshoot and answer questions with patience. Building strong professional relationships with the customers will be at the core of your role. You will be knowledgeable about the services and products. Thus you can recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs.
Your communication skills will shine through by efficiently collaborating with management on behalf of customers and/or referring issues and questions to managers if necessary. To include scheduling service calls, dispatching service tickets to technicians, and keeping an eye on their route. This position also involves completing various daily tasks to support the smooth operation of our customer service department.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
