Question: Will my alarm system work with a Comcast Digital Voice line?

Answer: Comcast offers dial tone service in the form of Internet phone lines operating over existing cable connections. These lines are not yet reliable enough for alarm systems. To ensure a secure connection to the monitoring center, we recommend using an analog telephone line, offered through companies such as BellSouth and AT&T. If you have a telephone line through Comcast, change to an analog telephone line or secure your monitoring with our cell radio backup. Call our office at 901-755-1800 or CLICK HERE for more information.
